These new courses in Ouagadougou start in August and are aimed primarily at local staff and/or those based in the region, they are also excellent for those new to the region.

Our 3-day Hostile Environment Training Courses are designed for those working in Burkina Faso and Mali where there is a real and high threat of terrorism.
We specialise in making training courses as realistic as possible and this includes both classroom based and practical scenario based training. We plan for the worst possible scenario to ensure that you are fully prepared to deal with any challenges that you may face in a hostile or unfamiliar environment.
Courses are conducted by 2 to 3 person mixed-gender training teams at our permanent training facility in Ouagadougou. We also like to keep 15 as the maximum number of students on courses, this ensures that you receive quality training with everyone getting hands on experience during the course.
When?
Monday 02 - Wednesday 04 September 2019
The course is 3 x full days training and includes breakfast, lunch and all snacks throughout the day.

- Abduction / Hostage Situations - High Impact Crimes
- Weapon Awareness
- Mines / IEDs / UXOs
- Medical Training (EFAW) and Remote Trauma
- Vehicle convoy drills
- Communications skills
- Navigation skills
What will you get from this course?
- Certificate of Attendance - you can provide as evidence for the risk assessment process
- Emergency First-Aid at Work (EFAW)Certificate - valid for 3 years and accredited by AID Training (UK)

Course Size
The minimum course size is 4 people and the maximum is 12-15, we can also deliver concurrent courses. Smaller group numbers ensure you receive quality training.
